Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ):
I HAD A FALSE ALARM, AND I TRIED TO CALL INTO THE VERO BEACH POLICE DEPARTMENT TO CANCEL AND THEY WERE UNABLE TO DO SO, WHY IS THAT?
When an alarm is dispatched from your alarm company, only the alarm company can then cancel the alarm. The Vero Beach Police Department has no way to verify you are who you say you are if you call in to cancel our officers responding. Since you have an established relationship with your alarm company, only they can cancel.
